We are a family owned business located in San Antonio, Texas since 1999.
We recently celebrated our 5 year anniversary of providing quality bath
and body products to Internet customers all over the United States.
We are an Internet only business and do not have retail store locations
at this time.
Our Purpose:
To offer QUALITY bath and body products made from NATURAL ingredients.
To provide our customers with detailed product descriptions, crystal clear
images and a web site "Built for Shopping". No lengthy account setup,
no long forms to fill out, no passwords to remember!

All suppliers are carefully researched to ensure their products are consistent with our business philosophies
(Natural, No Animal Testing, Environmentally Safe). We list the

Payment Options:
Bath and Body Store .com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Checks or Money Orders.
If paying pay by check or money order, your bath and body order will be held
until payment is received. Credit card transactions are processed immediately.
Returned Checks:
You will be charged $25.00 in the event that your check is returned to us for
any reason. No further orders will be shipped until your account is up to date
and all future bath and body orders must be paid by credit card only.
Returns:
Unfortunately, Bath and Body Store .com does not accept returns because we
cannot be assured of the purity and cleanliness of the product once it leaves
our store.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped USPS priority mail and you can expect to receive your bath and body
products within 5 to 7 business days. Express Handling requests are shipped
2 to 3 day USPS priority mail within one business day of receipt of order.
Back Ordered Items:
In the event that an item is not in stock, we WILL back-order the item and give you
an estimated ship date.
